SERVICES
Welding engineering is a vital part of the manufacturing process. The team at Stellar Welding Engineering Consultancy will support management to achieve their goals. Whether that is acting as company RWC or supporting the shop floor with problem solving and general welding engineering queries.
SWEC will work closely with manufacturing engineers to develop shop floor welding capability, providing guidance and expertise in some of the latest welding technology (e.g., TIPTIG, TIPTIG Focus, laser systems, etc.) to increase productivity.
Conforming to achieve and maintain fabrication quality control specifications such as EN 1090 and EN 3834 can be a time consuming and daunting task for management teams. SWEC will manage this process, completing initial audit and gap analysis before developing target areas and working towards achieving acceptance and certification.
QUALIFICATION OF WELDING PROCEDURES
Stellar Welding Engineering Consultancy and partners team of IIW/EWF certified welding engineers and skilled welders are available to support the qualification of welding procedures. The team will manage the process from technical review of project scope through to completed WPQR packages and the creation of WPS. We work closely with certification bodies such as Lloyds EMEA, LRQA and UKAS approved laboratories to ensure client acceptance.
SHOP FLOOR WELDER TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION
Stellar Welding Engineering Consultancy offers onsite shop floor training and development of personnel. SWEC will manage the qualification of welders to desired codes, providing NDT and certification.
